Features:

Construction:

Triple walled construction unlike the other model the main working chamber is welded to the steam jacket with end ring so that steam is stored in the steam jacket for next consecutive cycle. The working chamber is made of the S.S. Plate to withstand high pressure in the steam jacket. Water is stored in the steam jacket with water level gauge and water inlet and water outlet valve. There is a separate valve for injecting steam to the inner chamber.

Water protection
In the event of low water the supply to the heaters is discontinued automatically and visually indicated in the control panel.
Pressure switch
An automatic pressure switch adjustable type is provided to set the required pressure.
Vacuum drying
An effective vacuum drying is caused with powerful ejector and vacuum breaker which draws air from the atmosphere. It is filtered, pre-heated(sterilized) and finally enters the working chamber for effective drying.
Water Gauge glass
To note down the level of water glass tube with gauge is provided.

Sequence of Automatic operation includes the following:
  • Automatic water filling for the steam generator
  • Leak test for required time and results with alarm will displayed and data logged.
  • Bowie-dik test
  • Spore-test results from approved lab submitted
  • Pulsing ( vacuuming, purging and pre-heating)_ Optional
  • Sterilization with temp and balance time displayed and data logged
  • Exhaustion appropriate to liquid, instruments and fabric cycles.
  • Drying cycle with vacuum pump. – Optional
  • Final cooling with admission of filtered air (0.2 Micron)
  • Sterilization completes with F.O values Displayed and data’s logged

Hot and Cold Sterilizer

  • Stainless Steel Hot & cold Sterilizer with separate Hot & cold sterile water
  • Aseptic devices include self- sterilization & elimination of water recontamination.
  • Cold water sterilizer is fitted with a cooling coil for circulation of water from the main.
  • Operation on electricity( 12KW).
  • Unit rests on elegantly finished tubular stand
