Fluid bed dryer (capacity 30 kg to 500 kg)


Fluidized bed drying is the optimal method for controlled, gentle and even drying of wet solids. The intensive heat/mass exchange of the fluidized bed product makes this method particularly effective and time-saving. The technology is also suitable for post-drying of spray granulated or extruded products with very low residual moisture. Fluid bed dryers are most suitable for drying granules, crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, foodstuff and allied industries.

Rapid mixer granulator (capacity 50 ltr to 600 ltr)


Rapid Mixer Granulator is designed to achieve excellent mixing & consistent granules at lower operating cost along with higher productivity. Better mixing closed control of granules size leads to faster tableting speeds with improved quality & least ejections.


  • All contact parts are made out of S.S.316 as per GMP standard.
  • The mixing bowl is with conical top and lid lifting is pneumatically operated.
  • The main drive shaft is connected to the gear bare shaft through extra bearing housing.
  • Hopper is inserted horizontally through the wall of the bowl to break the product to granules of required size which rotates at two speeds 1500/3000 RPM.

Atmospheric tray dryer (model 6 tray, 12 tray, 24 tray, 36 tray, 48 tray, 96 tray, 192 tray)

A tray Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber in which trays are placed on top of each other in trolleys. Tray Dryer are used where heating and drying are essential parts of manufacturing process in industries such as Chemicals, Dye stuff, Pharmaceutical, Food Products etc. The material to be dried either wet or solids are placed in the trays. Heat transfer takes place by circulation of hot air by electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are installed inside to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel to control the temperature and other parameters is fixed outside the dryer.

Octagonal blender(capacity 250 ltrs to 3000 ltrs.)


Octagonal Blenders are used for blending the most delicate & fragile free flow products like powder or granules , due to its octagonal shape is designed to process to larger volume of material. It occupies less space compared to other similar blenders like 'V' and Double Cone. The blending takes place at low speed during operation. It is well balanced even in higher capacities. It is very useful for pharmaceutical industries wherein gentle blending of dry granules of powder is to be done.

In Octagonal Blender the granules comes from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, which requires less RPM. Octagonal blenders are mainly suitable for Crystalline & Granular type material.

v’ shape blender (capacity 250 ltrs to 750 ltrs)


The "V" Blender is self-contained tumble blender intended for laboratory, Pilot-plant and scale-up applications. It is suitable for processing a variety of materials including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, foods, cosmetics, plastics and synthetic fibers. As the "V" shaped blender rotates, the tumbling action brings about mixing of the ingredients. The result is almost a consistent, uniform, predicable blend that can meet the product specification.

The V-Blender is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at an angle of 75° to 90°. As the V-blender tumbles, the material continuously splits and recombines, with the mixing occurring as the material free-falls randomly inside the vessel. The repetitive converging and diverging motion of material combined with increased frictional contact between the material and the vessel's long, straight sides result in gentle yet homogenous blending.

Bin/Coge Blender or Conta Blender


Conta blenders are used for blending of dry powders for tablet production and capsule, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. This is a closed contained, totally dust free single step transfer system. It can handle more than one size of container tumblers. Conta Blender are used for mixing, lubricating and blending in Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and cosmetic industry. This is a closed and contained system where by a single step transfer material from container of the Conta blender is transferred to the tablet press hopper.

Double Cone Blender


Double cone blenders are versatile machines used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. These machines have a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. The solids being blended in these units can vary in bulk density and in percentage of the total mixture. Materials being blended are constantly being intermixed as the Double Cone rotates.


  • The conical shape at both ends of Double Cone Blender enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
  • All contact parts are made out of SS316 or 316L
  • Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of Double Cone Blender.
  • Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with SS cover & limit switch.

Mass mixer. (Capacity 200 ltrs to 7000 ltrs)


Mass Mixer is a pharmaceutical machine, specially designed for thorough mixing of wet as well as dry or lump material. It is suitable for tablet granulation process. The Mass Mixer Machine is basically mixing a assembly wherein the mixing stirrer is in horizontal position in the container & have a single speed, simple rotation. The stirrer rotates around itself at a very slow speed inside the bowl and thereby achieving intimate mixing of dry or wet materials of Tablet Granulation, Powder, Chemicals, Food & Confectionaries Materials.

Vibro Shifter (model 12”, 20”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 48”,60”)


Vibro Shifter are circular gyratory screens used to separate solids from solids and liquid from solids to ensure the correct product quality of powders or liquids is achieved by removing oversize contamination. Vibro Sifter consists of Specially Designed Motor mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of the Screen. The Screen is in between feeding hopper and bowl. The material is fed on to the centre of top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. This is achieved by specially designed Vibratory Motor along with eccentric Top and Bottom Weights.

Multi mill ( 3HP, 5HP)


Multi mill is used for high speed Granulating, Pulverizing, Mixing, Shredding and Chopping, etc, of a wide range of wet and dry materials without special attachments. This machine utilizes the principle of variable force swing hammer blades having both knife and impact edges rotating with a carefully selected screen to control size reduction. The material is dropped axially from a feed hopper in to the commutating chamber where it comes in contact with blades rotating at high speed. Differentially edged blades in desired direction of rotation achieve shear. Material Entering the chamber is imparted to the periphery and passes through the circular screen tangentially and radically achieving size reduction.

Coating pan (model 12”, 24”, 36”, 48”, 60”, 72”)



Coating Pan is extensively used to coat the outer surface of the tablet with a thin layer of Coating Material. The pan has a round shape and mixing baffles are positioned on the central sector of the drum. The standard pan is elliptical in shape, mounted at 30° angle. The Coating round pot is rotated by variable speed. Simultaneously Hot air is supplied through inbuilt Hot air blower system which dries rapidly and evenly thus forming a solid and smooth surface.

Starch Paste Kettle is used for preparation of Starch Paste. Hemispherical shape ensures that the Heating of the Starch Paste is Uniform & gets more surface area. The tilting type arrangement ensures ease in unloading the paste into any container or vessel. The Starch is put in the kettle and water is added till desired thickness is achieved. The Kettle is jacketed and heated till the starch melts to a thick paste. This paste can be agitated either manually or with an anchor type agitator.

Osculating granulators



Oscillating Granulators is used for both wet and dry granulation process. Oscillating Granulators make quality of granules better. The unique Oscillatory rotor action ensures High output and efficient granulation. The quality of tablet is determined by the virtue of the granules used for its compression. Here the product is pressed through a sieve with a specially shaped rotor-arm to obtain a desired particle size.This process results in a narrow distribution spectrum as only the product having the right shape, size and position, is broken and passed through the sieve.

Ipc/Bin Loader & Tipper


IPC Bin loader is used for transferring and discharging the material dust free and without human touch in pharmaceutical industries for Load powder in to HSMG bowl, hopper of tablet press, Container of blender, Load tablet in to hopper of blister pack & Coating Machine and as well as used for online sifting and milling.


The IPC Bin Loader consists of a main frame, Bin fixing arm, Hydraulic lifting device and pivot base. This main frame move 360 degree on axis and Bin fixing arm move upward and downward in the frame by hydraulic cylinder and power pack system. The moveable container/Bin bringing placed beneath the fixing arm, operate the hydraulic drive system which lifts arm with the container and it raises the container till it gets stops exactly in a position and then it could be unload by opening of butterfly on the whatever next processing equipment.
